Live freely, create what is meaningful

I work with people and with businesses — helping someone find their own direction, helping a company understand what it is really missing, and helping a life story be written down before it is lost.

Reflections on people, meaningful work, career, freedom, family and memory. The first pieces will be published here as Liên finishes them.
Selected videos and recorded readings live on Liên's YouTube channel. Curated pieces will be introduced here with their context.
“Having worked alongside Huỳnh Thị Thùy Liên for five years, I have found her to be a deeply sincere person with a clear sense of direction in both work and life. Liên listens closely and empathises deeply, and she is always ready to share hard-won experience to help colleagues — especially in finding their real passion and career goals. That combination of solid professional experience and genuine care in helping others walk the right path makes her a trustworthy advisor for anyone looking for balance between work and their own interests.”
“When I think of Liên, what I remember most is her calm, unhurried manner. She tends to walk through a story step by step, making sure everyone understands the context before getting to the heart of the matter. When I hit a problem or felt unsure about new work, she would show me how to approach it and work through the sticking points with me. She didn't just hand over answers — she helped me understand how to think and how to deal with the problem. Her way of working never pressured me to have every answer straight away; it helped each person grow and take initiative, one step at a time.”
I have spent my working life around people — recruiting them, leading them, listening to them, and sometimes gently disagreeing with them. What I care about is not only whether the work gets done, but whether the person doing it is growing.
Alongside that work, I write. Poems, mostly — written quickly, in the moment, about rain, tea, a chilli plant, a morning that felt kind. They are not lessons. They are simply kept.
